Our establishment/business agrees to participate in Epicurean Delight. We agree to be familiar with and comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations applicable to our participation in the 2023 Epicurean Delight, including but not limited to those of applicable health departments or agencies and liquor regulating agencies.  We agree to indemnify and hold Vitalant and the Blood Center Foundation of the Inland Northwest harmless from any and all claims, actions, and judgments, including all costs of defense and attorney’s fees incurred in defending the same, arising from or related to negligent and/or intentional wrongdoing of any person or employee associated with our establishment/business while at or participating in, in any respect, the 2023 Epicurean Delight.
